This looks really good! From afar I was going to say it looks finished, but after looking at it for a while I think you could work a little bit further on this. Mainly on the linework. In this type of work where the shading and blending are not the major thing, lines have to be perfect!
In this case, the lines are good in the sense that they give the correct shape, and they are clean, but they lack dynamism because they're always the same thickness. To make it more interesting, variate their thickness and this will immediately add more depth to the painting!
Overall it's very good though - as a whole it had a positive impact at first sight, the colors are lovely and the flowy hair looks great!
